In 31 days, we were under contract, and ultimately closed. I was so pleased that I then listed another house I owned, in Durham, with Robert. In 21 days, we were under contract, and then closed. I had the experience of having Robert Grant, Keller Williams, list my home in 2008. I was very pleased with the way that I was kept informed of showings and of feedback. Although it took a little longer to sell my house, mainly because of the housing situation, Robert Grant did a very good job of finding a buyer. My house was built in 1906 and had 24-plus acres.
